Mystic Heart Earth Day Gong Bath Meditation Journey

For your maximum comfort please bring a yoga mat/blanket/padding and a small pillow to create your cozy “nest to rest” while lying down.  Bring an extra blanket to cover yourself and (optional) a small bolster or pillow for under your knees is also recommended, as it releases and relaxes the lower back.  Chairs are also available for seated sound meditation option.
