We will begin the new year with intentional soundscapes with Kristi as we shift into the 2025 for clearing and renewal. Relaxing into the depths of rhythmic soundscapes for deep listening and rejuvenation. Our journey into sound will cultivate an environment for profound inner peace and introspection as we explore our heart’s intention for the New Year. Bring a journal and pen to record some prompted inquires/questions of exploration for your being in the coming year.

Kristi will create a restorative and nourishing sound wave environment to support an atmosphere for deep relaxation to unwind, connect and recharge. We will enter into our meditation journey with grounding breath practices and move into a Mystic Heart Soundscape of singing bowls and hand selected gongs - rise refreshed and centered.

For your maximum comfort please bring a yoga mat, plenty of padding to stay comfortable on the floor, a warm blanket and a small pillow to create your cozy “nest to rest.” Please note: the Park’s facility can be cool this time of year - suggested layers!
