Full Moon Sound Bath at Woodstock Farms

Gathering together and connecting to the full moon energy in sound and soothing sound waves to stir and connect to our heart space. Immerse and relax your whole being into the rhythmic gong beats and harmonizing tones supporting deep meditative states; linking to the potent transformational charge of the full moon. Our time together in sound will support deep listening and nourish your mind, body and spirit.

Make time of your self-care and unwinding and enjoy Woodstock Farm’s gorgeous grounds and bayside view overlooking the San Juan Islands, integrating the healing potency of nature and deep rejuvenation.

For your maximum comfort please bring PLENTY of cushioning/padding to remain comfortable while reclined on the floor, a cozy blanket for warmth and a small pillow to create your cozy own nest to rest.  NOTE: indoor event, located inside Woodstock’s Barn event space, please dress for varied temperatures. Seated, chair or reclined meditation welcome.
