Breath & Sound Bath Meditation
We will begin together using the rhythm of the breath as a tool to settle and support the nervous system. Then nestle in stillness to receive the soothing waves of cosmic sound entering into the depths of deep relaxation, listening and rejuvenation.
In preparation please bring a yoga mat/some floor padding (to remain comfortable during the duration of our time together and while laying on the floor), your favorite blanket and a small pillow for your head - creating a cushy & cozy nest to rest. Wear something comfortable to settle in, allowing the sound waves to carry you into deep restoration and calm. Seated, chair or reclined meditation welcomed.
