Sound Bath Meditation

PLEASE NOTE: this event has been moved indoors due to the impending wet weather forecast. Location at the Center of Spiritual Living’s main building - indoors instead of outside in the meadow.

Our time together will focus on simple and accessible breathwork to settle your mind and body and flow into an intentional sound bath meditation with Kristi’s Mystic Heart artisan instruments to cultivate deep listening, connection. Nourish your mind, your body and your spirit in sound.

Indoor event: for your maximum comfort please bring a yoga mat/plenty of floor padding, a cozy blanket and small pillow for your head. Seated, chair or reclined meditation are all welcome.

Max: 44 humans. Tickets: by donation. Suggested (sliding scale) $11-33. Proceeds benefit Center for Spiritual Living. Free parking.
