Staff Appreciation Sound Bath

For your maximum comfort please bring a yoga mat & PLENTY of floor padding, cozy blanket to snuggle in and a small pillow for your head to create your cozy “nest to rest” while lying down.  Seated, chair or reclined meditation welcome.

Max: 24 humans per session. Pre-registration required. Use staff gift code to reserve your spot for the session. Doors open 20 minutes to session.
