Breath & Sound Journey 5-Week Series in Fairhaven at Delve
The Art of Breathing: during our 5 weeks together we will invoke the therapeutic effects of breathing exercises and mindfulness through the practice of pranayama and sound meditation.
Pranayama is the yogic wisdom practice of breath control through various techniques to: steady the mind, reduce anxiety, decrease stress, improve sleep, enhance cognitive function, stabilize the nervous system and strengthen the connection between our bodies and minds. We will utilize the powerful healing force of pranayama, vibration and intentional soundscapes to regenerate and strengthen our being on all levels.
Class format: check-in, introduction to pranayama, approximately 11+ minutes of breathwork, approximately 22+ minutes of live Sound Meditation soundscape.
For your maximum comfort please bring a yoga mat, blanket and a small pillow.
Max: 11 students. 8:00-8:45AM. $55 for 5 class series.
