Spring Equinox Gong Bath Sound Meditation Journey
Celebrating the rebirth of the light! The spring equinox welcomes the returning of light, new beginnings and new life. Join me for a nourshing Gong Bath Sound Meditation to renew and replenish with intentional soundscapes supporting deep relaxation. We will plant seeds for this new cycle of growth and transformation and emerge refreshed.
Bring yoga mat/blanket/padding and a small pillow to create your cozy “nest to rest” and your maxium comfort while lying down. An extra blanket to cover yourself is suggested and a small bloster or pillow under your knees is optional and also recommended, as it releases and relaxes the lower back. Chairs are also available for seated meditation.
