New moons symbolize rest and renewal, along with new beginnings. This new moon, recieve the intentional soundscapes and vibrations of the gongs and crystal singing bowls for a deeply rejuvenating sonic massage and plant your seeds of intention.

Bring a yoga mat/blanket/padding and a small pillow to create your cozy “nest to rest” and your maxium comfort while lying down. An extra blanket to cover yourself is suggested and a small bloster or pillow under your knees is optional and also recommended, as it releases and relaxes the lower back. Chairs are also available for seated meditation.
