Candlelight Yoga Lab

Plesae join me at 3OMS Yoga during their Wednesday evening Yoga Lab Candlelight Self-Guided Class with instructor & owner, Amy Robinson during the month of January.

Classes are for practitioners to explore their own yoga practice immeresed in the gentle background sounds of crystal singing bowls and support from Amy. Yoga Lab is a unique opportunity for teachers and students alike to experiement and explore their edges in new and creative ways with the transformational vibrations of sound.
