Restorative Women’s Retreat with Maria de Lourdes Benet

I will be joining Maria of Ahimsa Yoga to provide a nurturing soundscape for a Restorative Women’s Retreat Day at Bow Sanctuary. Come immerse in all that is nourishing for your state of mind, nervous system, body and spirit. Enjoy a full day that supports you in feeling renewed, grounded, centered and connected.

Retreat Flow

• Check-in, welcome, intentions

• Yoga practice: shoulders, hips & chest opening

• Break: sauna cleansing, mindfulness walk in the gardens, reflection by the pond, stillness in the tea house, journey through the labyrinth, snack & sip at the Bistro

• Gong and Sound Bath with Restorative Yoga 

• Kindness Meditation towards the self

• Delicious light meal 

• Closing Wisdom Circle, Connecting & Reflections
