Autumn Sound Bath Journey

Join me at Odd Fellows Hall as we embrace the soundscapes of fall in cosmic soundscapes for renewal, the energetic turn inward and impending quietude of the season’s call. Allow the soundscape of artisan gongs and crystal singing bowls be your guide into rejuvenation and replenishment for your nervous system, heart space and to settle your mind.

For your maximum comfort please bring plenty of padding (create a comfortable nest, as the Hall floors are hardwood), including a small pillow for your head. Seated, reclined or chair meditation welcome.
