Mystic Heart Sound Bath Meditation Journey

Join us for an evening of cosmic soundscapes for deep relaxation and rejuvenation. We will gather in community to support the people of Maui in sound, opening with a chant of gratitude with Vicki Wood, honoring the island, aloha and the people of Maui.

For your maximum comfort please bring your own yoga mat/padding, a blanket and a small pillow for your head to create your cozy “nest to rest” while lying down. Seated, chair or reclined meditation welcome.

Max: 44 individuals. $22 ticket/$28 at the door. Proceeds from this offering directly benefit the people of Lahaina. Pre-registration requested. Doors open 20 minutes before.
