Mystic Heart Breath & Sound Bath Meditation
Together we will explore accessible and gentle breath techniques to settle the mind and soothe the nervous system - followed by an intentional soundscape of crystal bowls and selected gongs to nourish, connect and recalibrate your body and spirit.
Please bring a yoga mat/blanket/padding and a small pillow to create your cozy “nest to rest” while lying down. Some additional props on site for your maximum comfort.
