Share a potent afternoon of intentional soundscapes with Kristi, honoring sacred Mother energy. Immerse and relax into the rhythmic gong beats and harmonizing crystal bowls, as we celebrate the sacred feminine and transformational energy of spring. Our afternoon of Sound will cultivate an environment for deep relaxation, inner peace and renewal.

Make it an afternoon of unwinding; enjoy Bow Sanctuary’s gorgeous gardens, schedule a massage, enjoy a bite at the new Persimmon Bistro, add on a steam in the sauna, walk the labyrinth, sip on a yummy beverage next to the koi pond in the serene setting foothills of Blanchard mountain.

For your maximum comfort please bring a yoga mat/blanket/padding and a small pillow to create your cozy “nest to rest” while lying down.  Additional props on site. Seated chair meditation available.
