Mystic Heart Sound Journey

Honoring the new moon energy of renewal and intention we will gather together for a nourishing and rejuvenating sound journey to connect, center and restore.

For your maximum comfort please bring a yoga mat/blanket/padding and a small pillow to create your cozy “nest to rest” while lying down.  Additional props on site; chairs available for seated meditation.

Max: 33 individuals. $25 ticket. Pre-registration recommended. Doors open at 6PM.
